Primary straight femoral stems with modular necks
The intramedullary characteristics of the INTEGRALE® modular stem are the same as those of the INTEGRALE® stem.
The modular necks associated with the INTEGRALE® modular stem allow for accurate, flexible restoration of the joint centre and better control over leg length.

Grooves increase the bone–implant contact area; they are closed proximally and open distally

The neck–shaft ankle is determined by the chosen neck:
137° (L/M, L/M+10.5, A/R necks)
145° (L+/M+ neck in medial position)
129° (L+/M+ neck in lateral position)
The combination of 3 head lengths and modular necks results in 24 different joint centre positions

The INTEGRALE® instrumentation can be used during conventional surgery or with Computer Assisted Surgery (AMPLIVISION®):
- Computer Assisted Surgery of the cup and femoral stem helps to maintain leg length and offset

Several rasp handles suitable for the various hip approaches are available for use with or without AMPLIVISION®:
