UNI SCORE® is a unicompartmental knee arthroplasty implant that provides multiple options.
It consists of a cemented or cementless femoral component that is compatible with all the associated tibial baseplates.

The femoral component is symmetrical.
Available in cemented and cementless versions.
In the cementless version, the press-fit effect is made possible by a dual coating of plasma-sprayed titanium (80 µm) and HAP (80 µm).
It has a constant radius of curvature throughout the range of motion.
Up to 8° camber possible.
Femoral component is 6 mm thick
Primary stability ensured by two parallel pegs forming a 65° angle with the distal cut.
It is possible to choose between different types of baseplates (mobile or fixed bearing) and different types of fixation (cemented or cementless).

The tibial baseplate for mobile-bearing insert is symmetrical.
Primary stability is achieved through a sagittal fin.
The insert can move freely relative to baseplate.
The baseplate's bearing surfaces are highly polished*.
The insert is congruent with femoral component for all knee flexion and rotation positions.

The cementless version of tibial baseplate for fixed-bearing insert is asymmetrical (MEDR/LATL and MEDL/LATR).
Primary stability of the baseplate achieved through sagittal fin and anteriorly-positioned peg
Primary fixation can be improved by adding a fixation screw
Screw hole blocked with PEEK** stopper.

 

 

Full-PE tibial implant:
The full-PE tibial implant is symmetrical.
Flat bearing surface.
Underside of implant has 5 hollowed-out areas for cement, which ensures primary stability along with sagittal fin.

 

 

 

The UNI SCORE® instrumentation set can be used with Computer Assisted Surgery (AMPLIVISION®), without Computer Assisted Surgery or with patient-specific guides (i.M.A.G.E.®).

Tibial baseplates for fixed-bearing insert and Full-PE tibial implant:

  • - The fixed-bearing insert can only be used with the tibial baseplate for fixed-bearing insert.
  • - The size of the fixed-bearing insert must match exactly the size of the tibial baseplate for fixed-bearing insert.
  • - All sizes of femoral component can be combined with all sizes of tibial baseplates for fixed-bearing insert and all sizes of full-PE tibial implants:


 

Tibial baseplates for mobile-bearing insert 

  • - The mobile-bearing insert can only be used with the tibial baseplate for mobile-bearing insert.
  • - The mobile-bearing insert MUST correspond to the SIZE of the FEMORAL COMPONENT.
  • - The mobile-bearing insert can either be the same size or one size larger or smaller than the tibial baseplate for mobile-bearing insert.
