AMPLIFIX 3 acrylic bone cement is intended for fixation of orthopaedic implants to living bone during hip or knee replacement.
AMPLIFIX 3 with Gentamycin : low viscosity acrylic bone cement with ideal creeping properties for syringe or cement gun application
Gentamycin is an aminoside antibiotic
   
AMPLIFIX 3 bone cement comprises two parts (sterile-packaged in double packs) :
powder (polymer) and liquid (monomer).
The ampule of monomer in its blister pack is sterilized by ethylene oxide (EtO).
The powder is gamma sterilized.
Radio opacifier : barium sulfate.
